Minutes of the City Council of Laurel
Lau rel , Montana,
March 209 1928
The, City Council of the City of Laurel met in regular
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall and was called to
order by Mayor James Kucera' at 8;00 o'clock . P?. X, .Marcy 209. 1928.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present;
Weber
Chamberlin"
Perry
Vor dahl
Graves
Hartley
The minutes of March 6th were read-. It was moved by
Graves and seconded.by Perry that they be approved, The motion
carried.
It was moved by Vordahl mid seconded by Weber that
C, J. Miller be authorized to issue p policy for $1000.00 fire
insurance on furnityre., fixtures and fire equipment The motion
carried.
It was moved and seconded that the City Engineer be in-
stmeted to eliminate windows from: the vault, The motion carr-i6d ?
After some discussion of gravel, it was decided to
make application to the Borthern Pacific for a strip of gravel
at the Arnold dump,
It was moved by Perry and seconded by,Vordahl that we
do ,now adjourn, The motion earried,
