The City Council of the City of Laurel met in regular
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall and was -called to
order by Moyer James Kueera at 8:00 oT elock_ P. hi. Tuesday Becemba
1'7, 1929.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present
Perry
Chamberlin
Barney
Bro haugh
Hartley
i
Graves
Vo r dahl
The minutes of December 3rd and 13th were read 'and :"
approved.
A bond in the amount of $500,00, executed by the Un te'd
States Fidelity and Guaranty Company of Baltimore, Maryland, for
R. Fritz, Police Judge, was presented and read, It was moved by
Vordahl and seconded by Brohaugh that the bond be approved. O
motion carried.
The matter of skating rinks was discussed at length.'
The %ater Commissioner was instructed to not put any more water
on the rink at the corner of Third Avenue `and first Street.
It was moved by Perry and seconded by Graves that we ?
dv now adjourn. The motion carried,
