De-cember 31 1924. I Upon roll;call, the following Aldermen answered present; Brohaugh 1 Porter Chamberlin Barney Perry V o r dahl Graves Hartley F-? The minutes of November 19th were read and approved, The report of the City Treasurer was presented and ? read. It was Fov'ed. by Perm and seconded by-Graves that the report be approved. The motion carried. The report of the Chief of Police was presented and i read. It was moved by Chamberlin and seconded by Perry that the report be approved. The motion carried. The report of the police Judge was presented and read. it was moved by YoTdahl and seconded by Barmy that the report r be approved. The motion carried. k The report of the Water Gommissionex was presented and I read. It was moved by VQrdahl and seconded by Ggaves that the 'l a report be approved.. A letter from Mr. Grime in regard to correction of meter readings for the northern Paeifie water suppler was read, After some discussion, it was moved by Perry and seconded by Barney that the Water Commissioner be instructed to bill them in accordance with his letter of duly 12, 1929, and a test of November 5, 1929, The motion carried, .After some discussion of the Foote'-Lindsey sign on Block 4, Laarel Realty Subdivision, it was moved by Hartley and seconded by VOTdahl that they be requested to move sign and set further signs ten feet back from the sidewalk. The motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 3630 Resolution no. 363, being a resolution transferring certain funds, was presented and read. It was moved by Vcr-dahl ? and seconded by Graves that said resolution be passed and adopted. Upon roll call, all Aldermen present voted aye and said resolution was declared passed and adopted., p 1 It was moved by Ferry and seconded by Chamberlin that we do now adjourn.
