The minutes of September 3rd were read and approved.
Dr. Thomas,being present, the 1 ayor asked that he and
;fir. Tupper make a verbal report of their examination of dairies.
r1hey read a comprehensive report of each dairy.
i' r. T. IN. Evert alapeared with a petition for a cross
,,alt across First Street and the lower end of Fourth Street on
Idahl Avenue. It was explained to sir. Lyert that it was the
City Councils intention to replace the concrete walk as soon as
sufficient funds were available.
The depository bond Teo. 4 from the Federal ;reserve
Bank at raelena to secure the deposits in the 11idland National
Bank for ;5,000.00 was presented for cancellation. The City
Treasurer stated that the funds had been reduced in that bank
to the point where the other bond would be sufficient to cover
it. It was moved by Perry and seconded by Barney that cancel-
lation be made as requested. The motion carried.
After some discussion of garbage, the City Clerk was
instructed to continue,
It li as moved by Ferry and seconded by Chamberlin that
we do now adjourn. The motion carried.
