December 30, 1930.
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in special
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall to consider grater
situation, gravel and allow bills and was called toorder by
Mayor James Kucera at 8:00 0' clGck P.. 11. Tuesday, December 30, 1930.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present;

The bills on file for the month of December, 19307 were
referred to the Finance Committee and after due deliberation, the
Committee reported back recommending the payment of the following
bills

It was moved by Perry and seconded ..by Graves that the report of
the Committee be accepted and that warrants be issued in the
manner recommedned by the Committee. The motion carried.
It was moved by Perry and seconded by Graves that the. bill of
h.ontana Poorer Company for 09J4, Billings Gas Company for X9.05,
city Water pepartment for 16,79, doe Bi.chelas for ;;115.00, Laurel
Outlook for 03.3.381 Herbert Bailey for $35.00, Goan Idotor Company
for $20.00, Goan "iotor Company for x,92 and H, E. Herbert for
$2.00 be paid out of the Operating Fund, The motion "carried.
The Water Commissioner was instructed.' to continue work
on brush dyke for a da3? or so longer.
p It was moved by Vordahl and seconded by Perry that the
dx enditure of 10O 00 :for the approval of a transcript of the
proceedings in Special Improvement District No. 68 be authorized.
