December 19 1930.
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in special
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall to consider de-
pository bond and water intake and was called to order by Mayor
James r ucera at 1:00 o'. clod P. ?. Friday, December 19, 1930.
Upon roll call, the following Aldeimen answered present;
Porter
Chamberlin
pex'ry
Vordahl
I
Barney
Custodian's Receipt Sao. S iJ in the amount of y 101000.40`
to secure deposits of the City of,aurel in the Midland ational
Bant of Billings, was presented and read. It was moved by 'Vordahl
and seconded by Perry that the 9ust,odi.ant s Receipt be approved as
security for the City Deposits in said bank. The motion carried.
It was moved by Voxdahl and seconded by Perry that the
eater Commissioner be instructed to continue. wort at the river '
until a better quality of mater could be gotten to thetat?e

It was moored and seconded that we do now adjourn. The
motion carried.
