Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present, Brohaugh Barney Chamberlin Ferry - Vordahl Graves Hartley The minutes of aanuaxy 16th and Jamary 21st were read and approved. The report of the City Treasurer was presented and read. It was moved by ferry and seconded by Graves that the report be- approved, The motion carried. The report of the Police Judge was presented and read. It was moved by ferry and seconded' by Chamberlin that the report be approved. The motion carried. The report of the Chief of Police was presented and read. It was moved by Barney and seconded by Brohaugh that the report be approved. The motion carried. The City Treasurer appeared before the Council and stated that the funds now on deposit in the Midland National Bank were less than 5,000.00 and requested that their bond be reduce t0 R*001P f300thereby cancelling a $15,000 00 bond. It was moved 00000 by rry and seconded by Chamberlin that this bond of 15 7 • be cancelled, The motion carried. An application for dairy license by John Berkheime;, which had previously been approved by the Health Officer,' was presented and read. It was moved by Barney and seconded. by Graves that the license be granted. The motion carried. An application for dairy license by 0. V. Howe, which had previously been approved by the Health Officer, wa presen.te:d and read. It was meve4 by terry and seconded by Hartley that the ?. license be granted. The motion 'earried, An application for dairy license by J It. Hodges, which had previously, been approved by the Health Offic-br, was presented and read.. It was moved by 'Haxtley and seconded by Barney that the license be granted. The motion carried. An application for dairy license by Wo G. The motion carried, An application for dairy license by F. N. Barney, which had previoysly been approved by the Health LQfficer, Was presented and read. It'eras moved by Chamberlin and seconded by Hartle; that the license be 'granted. The motion` carried. After some discussion, it was moved by Barney and seconded by Hartley that the Health Officer be permitted to grant sixty days longer for full compliance with the milk ordinance. The motion carried. The bills, for the month of January, 1930, were referred to the.
