January 7 1930.
The city Council of the City of Laurel met in regular
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall and was called
to order by Mayor Fames Kucera at 8; 00 o' clock P. M. Tuesday
January 7, 1930.
Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present;
Brohaugh
Barney
Chambe rlin
Perry
Vordahl
Graves
The minutes of December 13th and December 17th, 1929,
were read and ,approved.
The report of the City Txeasurer was presented and read.
It was moved ,by vordahl and seconded by Perry that the report be
approved. The motion carried.
The report of the Ohief of Police was presented and
read. It was moved by Perry and seconded by Barney that the re
poxt be approved. The motion carried.
The report of the Police Judge was presented and read,
It was moved by Chamberlin and seconded by Graves that the report
be approved. The motion carried.
The report of the Water Commissioner was presented ,and
read. It was moved by Yordahl and. seconded by Graves that the
report be approved. The motion carried.
The bills for the month of December, 1929, were xe
ferred to the Finance Committee and after due deliberation, the
Committee reported back recommending the payment. of the follow-
ing bills.

deliberations of the City Council,
RESOLUTION No, 564.
Resolution No. 364,, being a resolution' transferring
certain funds of the City of Laurel waas presented and read.
It was moored by Forda,hl and seconded by Chamberlin that the
said resolution be passed and adopted, Upon roll call, all
Aldermen present voted, afire and said resolution was declared
passed and adopted.
It was moved by Perry and seconded by Chamberlin that
we do now adjourn. The motion carried,
