The City Council of the City of Laurel met in regular session in the Cpuncil chamber in the City Hall and was called to order bLyRels VoXdahl, President of the Council, at 8!00 o' cloa k P. V, September` 20, 1932. Upon roll call, the following Aldermen answered present; Bray Chamberlin Click Hurlesa Dull Hartley the minutes of Sept.e mber 6'th were read and approved, Mr. Gardner appeared before the City Council and request= ed.add tional, time in the riling of plana and. speaifioations for his refinery and he was given until 0 tabs l 4th to have them ready. 11v. A request from the Davey motor ,00;Apaxay for license to operate a garage was presented and read.
