Laurel, Montana,
August 3, 1932.
The City Council of the city of Laurel met in reg-
ular meeting in an adjourned regular session in the Goune11
Chambers in the 0 ity Hall and was called to order by mayor
R. Broughton at 8:00 o'clock P. 11., Wednesday, August 3, 1932.
Upon roll call the following Aldermen answered present:
Brag
Porter
Chamberlin
for dahl
;dull
The budget for the ensuing year was discussed.
The City.j?ngineer presented an estimate on a waste
ditch along the north city limits in the amount of 4448.00.
The City attorney was instructed to see qtr. Nutting in regard
to a r1ght-of-way at the east end.
The contract with E. K. bright:, relative to his res-
ervation of 5,000 yeards of gravel from the ssmain pit was
discussed and ordered hold over until the next-meeting.
It was moved by Vordahl and seconded by Bull that we
do now adjourn until 8:00 o'clock P. M., Montay,, August 8, 1932,
to finally approve. the budget and take care of any unfinished
