May 17 , 1932
The City Qouneil of the City of Laurel met in regular
session in the Council Ohambers in the City Hall and was called
to order by Mayor R. Broughton at 8;00 of alo:ok P..?.. sy 17th,
1932.
Upon. roll call the following Aldermen answered._present:
Bray
Porter
Glick
ghamberlin
_Voxdahl
Huxless' .
Pull
The minutes of May 3xd.were read and approved.
The report of the City Treasurer was present and read.
It was moved by Chamberlin and seconded by Porter that the report
be approved. The motion carried.
RE-SOLUTION IR0. 403.
868,91 Lion No. 4039 being a resolution cancelling war-
Tanta I". 8439, 8464 and A8662 was, presented ark read. It was
moved by Vordahl and sec3ctnded by Bray that, said resolution be
passed and adepted. ` Upon roll call all Aldermen prosentt.voted
aye and said r4olation was declared- passed and adopted.
A request for license to rasa. a retail ide stand by F. G.
Hedhuset was presented and read'. It was moved by Vordahl and see-
onded by Click that the request be granted.and that the City Treas-
urex be anthorized to issue license. Thor jAetion carried.
A request for license to operate a dairy by G. F. Lindauer
was presented and read. it was moved by Qliek.and: seconded by
Vordahl tit the request be granted and that the City-;Treasurer be
authorized to issue license Zhe motion'` o rr .ed.
it was moved by Gl:iek and seconded by,Dull that we dQ
now adjourn. The, motion carried.
