July 25, 1933.
The City Council .of the City of Laurel met in special
session in the Council Chamber in the City Hall and wasealled' to
order by Mayor R Broughton at 8:00 o'clock P. M. Tuesday, July
25ih, 1933; to consider the budget.
Upon roll call the following Aldermen answered present:

Chamberlin
Reatden
Hartley
Dull
The City Council reviewed the estimates gubmitted by
the different officers of the (iJty for the 193- budget and after
making various 'changes in the budget, it was moved by Voxaahl and
seconded by Dull that _the preliminary budget be approved- and the
Clerk be instructed to publish notice In the Laurel Cat.look. T:he
motion carried.
After some discussion of the H. P.. Park, it was moved. ,by
Hartley and seconded by Dull that the City Attorney write the N.
P. Railway Company nregard to better maintenance.
It was moved by vordahl and seconded by.Dull that we, do
now adjourn. The motion carried.
