Laurel, Montana.,
April 9, 1934.
The City Council of the City of Laurel met in
regular adjourned session. in the Council Chamber in. the City
Hall and was called to order by Mayor R. Broughton at 8:30 P.M,
April 9, 1934,
Upon roll call the following Aldermen answered.
present:
Brag
Chamberlin
Law
Vordahl
Reardon
Conrad
J
After some discussion of a Planning Board the
Mayor :named the following: L. A. Nutting; Joseph Gehrett;
Wold; C. W. Laird; B. A. Sherrow; C. L. Morris; and
W. -,Te eichert including the Mayor, City Attorney and City
Engineer as ex-officio members. It was moved by Vordahl and
seconded by Chamberlin that the appointments be approved.
The motion carried.
It was moved by Bray and seconded by Reardon
that the Mayor and City Attorney be authorized to settle the
claim of Miss Genevieve Quigg for injuries sustained from
tripping on a culvert.plank for $25.00. The motion carried,
It was moved and seconded that we do now adjourn.
The motion 'carried.
