It was. moved by Bray and seconded by Sidwe11 that said resolution be passed and adopted. Upon roil call, all Aldermen present voted aye and said resolution No. 459 was declared passed and adopted. RESOLUTION NO. 440. Resolution No- 440, being a resolution transferring funds from Special Improvement Revolving; Fund No. 1 to certain Special; Improvement District Funds was< presented and read. It was moved by oxdahl and seconded by Hartley that saId, resolution be passed and adopted.
