ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.68.100 OF
THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
AMENDING THE JUDGE'S SALARY.
WHEREAS, Section 2.68. 100 of the Laurel Municipal Code sets the City Judge's annual
salary at twenty-eight thousand two hundred seventy-five dollars, as previously amended in 2008
by Ordinance No.008-01.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Laurel, Montana, that
Section 2.68. 100 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
City Judge - Salary.
The annual salary of the city judge shall be twenttv_nine twenty-eigk thousand six two.
hundred twenty se?eitty five dollars paid on the regularly established paydays of the City, and
shall receive a fringe benefit of the regular group health coverage supplied to city employees,
retroactive to July 1, 2008 2W.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after final passage by the City
Council and approved by the Mayor.
