RESOLUTION NO 515
Resolution No. 515J. being 'a resolution accepting the bid and
awarding the contract to the NilsonewSmit h Construction Company for
§37,086.30, being the lowest and best bid for the construction, of
Water Thains and Appurtenances thereto., P.W.A. Docket Montana 1148-Fio
and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract
with said Nilson -Smith Construction Company, was presented and read,
It was , moved. by Thomson and seconded "by Wooters that Resolution No 515
be passed and approved. Upon roll call* all aldermen' present voted aye
and said resolution was declared passed,
Mr. Geo, H. Smith asked for a leave of abseiace,, It was moved by
Dr. with and seconded by Thomson the request be gilanted. The motion
carried,
The it Engineer presented a request by the Yellowstone County
to borrovi the tractor and take it to Billings for use on the Airpor''t-6,
After discussion. it was moved by Law and seconded by Thomson the
request be granted.. The motion carried,
