A. Radford., Regional Director., PlAUA. The motion carried. It was --nioved by Thomson and seconded by Geo, Smith the City Clerk be directed, to return check -s to Plan Holders upon return of plans and sp ec if icat ionso 'ilhe motion carried. A letter from E. J. Prescott Company, Tvrlinneapolis, Minn. was preseiited and read, relative to the unsold general obligation Street Bonds. After discussion it was moved by Thomson and seconded by Geo, Smith a letter be written explaining the matter, The motion carried., it was moved and seconded il-,ie do now adjourn until 5#00 otclock P. 11.
