'ATER DS OF 7:30 01 CLOCK P. ivl.., RELATIRG TO THE SALE OF GENE!,RAL TVT BON � Pursuant to notice given as' required by law and in accordance with the action taken by the C-1-ty Council at it's meeting held on August 8th, 1938, and in, accordance with the terms and provisions of Resolution No. 505, the Council met in an adjourned regular session at the Council Chambers in the City of Laurel on September 8th, 1938, at the hour of 7:30 P. Law The following members were absent: Dr. I,, No Smith, 1vrliss Rosella Fritz, City Clerk of the City of Laurel, was also present during the entire meeting. The Mayor announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive bids and to sell bonds of the City Of Laurel in the amount of Twenty-two Thous a"ind Dollars in accordance with the action taken by the Council at its meeting held Auoist 8th, 1938, and as provided for by Resolution No, 505, of the City of Laurel, and pursuant to the 11-1�lotice of Sale of Laurel, TvIontana., 1,water Bonds" authorized at the said meeting and which said. notice was published in the Laurel Outlook., a newspaper of general circulation published at Laurel, Yellowstone County, lilontana on August 10., August 17., August 24 and August 31 and on SeDternber 7, 1938. Upon the request of the lkv�Ttayor, the Clerk read all of the proceedgew Ings had at allprevious meetings relative to the issue and sale of the said bonds, and the "Notice of Sale of Laurel., 11ontana':) Water Bonds,," and the affidavit of Publication thereto attached, and the affidavit of the City Clerk relative to the nailing of the of Sale of Laurel., 1.,,Tontana, 1ATater Bonds" to the State Board of Land Corm-issioners of the State of Fontana.
