East Laurel Subdivision, was presented and read. It was moved by Law and seconded by Thomson the resolution be passed and adopted. Upon roll call all aldermen present voted. aye and the resolution was dedlared passed and adopted. The City Engineer asked for permission to buy four rubber tired Wheels for wheelbarrows. It was moved by Gomer and seconded by Graves the wheels be purchased, The motion carried, Mr. E* C. Speare appeared before the Council in regards to build*- ing a culvert or bridge across the drain ditch between his property and the highway across from the No P. Yard office. The City Exigineer presented the danger of flood hazards if a culvert were installed and recomi.ended the tmilding of a bridge. After discussion it was moved by 1"Vooters and seconded by Thomson the matter be referred to the Street and Alley Comnittees The motion carried, Yr.
