The motion carried, The City Engineer reported on the project for the south side trunk line, sewer., vfn.ich was pproved in September 1935 for Federal funds in the.amoun't of 815,399,90, He stated that it would be necessary to subunit new forms, if it was decided to construct it at this tirne. After- some disci),,ssion it was moved by Thomson and seconded by INTooters that a new request be made. The motion carried, 1AIr. Wooters asked for a leave of absence, It was moved by Thomson and seconded by Dr. Smith the request be granted. 'The motion carried, 101r, Wooters reported a hole In the street in front of the G. h. MOB City Treasurer presented eight Federal -Reserve Bank reoeipts covering security for funds deposited in the Yellowstone rank for re -approval which said receipts listed se-curity amounting to c 58,. 000, as follows U. Arnold 9*75 It was y-noved by Dr. Smith and seconded by Law the report of the Finance Coimnittee be accepted and warrants issued in the manner recormiended by the conimittee. The rnotion- carried, The Park Connalittee reported the appointment of Ted Waddell as caretaker of the C ity Park. C. H. Barney presented the matter of constructirg sidewalk on Second Avenue and that the oviner of lots 16 and 17, Block 9,East 1 7 jaurel had voiced their intention of not cons * tructing sidewalk on their lots and that in order to have a continuous walk on Second Avenue, requested the city to order the walk constructed on these .lots. It was moved by Thomson and seconded by Geo.
