BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
JANUARY 21, 1997 4:30 P.M.

The Committee reviewed the overtime listing for PPE 1-10-97, and an
overtime summary for the period of 7-10-96 to 12-25-96.
Discussion regarding cash transfers to capital project funds.
Motion by Bud Johnson, seconded by Gay Easton, to recommend
transferring $15,000 from Fire Department Contract revenue to the
Fire Department Capital Projects Fund, and $15,000 from the 1996
tax collection to the Cemetery Improvements Capital Project Fund.
Motion carried.
Discussion regarding Capital Outlay Long Range Projection. The
Mayor is sending a memo and worksheets to all department heads.
These are to be submitted by January 29th at 7:00 p.m.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General Fund
Annual report filing fee to the State
Treasurer

Solid Waste Fund
Abandonment of monitoring wells

Street Maintenance
