A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO TASK ORDER FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
THE WTP LIFT WELL REPLACEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
Section 1: Approval. Amendment No. I to Task Order No. 2004-01487 for the Project
known as The WTP Lift Well Replacement, a copy attached hereto and incorporated herein, is
hereby approved.
Section 2: Execution. The Mayor is hereby given authority to execute Amendment No.
to Task Order No. 2004-01487 for the Project known as The WTP Lift Well Replacement on
behalf of the City.
Introduced at a regular meeting, of the City Council on the 13"' day of June, 2023, by
Council Member Eaton.
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel the 13"' day of
June, 2023.

The foregoing Task Order Summary is for reference only and does not alter the terms of the Task Order, including
those set forth in Exhibit C.
Owner and Engineer hereby agree to modify the above -referenced Task Order as set forth in this Amendment. All
provisions of the Agreement and Task Order not modified by this or previous Amendments remain in effect. The
Effective Date of this Amendment is March 14, 2023.
