A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CLERK -TREASURER TO OPEN A NEW BANKING ACCOUNT FOR
COLLECTION OF FEES FOR RIVERSIDE PARK.
WHEREAS, City of Laurel Clerk -Treasurer Kelly Strecker has advised that it is
necessary to open a new banking account for funds related to fees for camping and other usage
of Riverside Park; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Clerk -Treasurer are permitted to open new banking
accounts for the City of Laurel upon City Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana that the Mayor and the Clerk -Treasurer are hereby authorized to open a new banking
account for collection of fees for Riverside Park.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 13th day of June, 2023, by
Council Member Mackay.
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Laurel the 13th day of
June, 2023.
APPROVED by the Mayor the 13th day of June, 2023.
