BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
FEBRUARY 18, 1997 4:30 P.M.

Discussion regarding wages for the 1997-98 budget year. Don is
preparing budget worksheets and would like some direction in
budgeting for a wage increase. Since union negotiations are still
in progress, it was decided to include the proposed 1996-97 wage
increase with the 1997-98 budget.
The overtime worksheet for PPE 2/10/97 was distributed and
reviewed.
A purchase requisition was approved in the amount of $1489.00 for
two portable radios in the Police Department.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
