The City Council of the City of Laurel met ire regular session

The report of the Health 0~'ficer for the month of May was pre-
sen~ed and read. Zt was moved by Vordahl and seco~aded by Cromer the
report be approved. The motion carried..

The report of the Gh3ef' of ~'olice for the month of May was pre- ser~ted and read. It was moved by Thomson and seconded by NcAtlanus the
report be approved. The motion carried.
The report of the police Judge for the month of Nay was presented
ar~d read. St was moved by Vordahl and seconded by Parker the report be
approved, 'I'h.e motion carried.
The report of the City Treasurer for the month of May was pre-
seated and read. It vas moved by jrorda~~. and seconded by 2'homsoz~ tl~.e
report be approved. The motion carried.
The bills for the mor~~h of May were referred to the Finance

A report of the F:ir~ar~ce Committee was presented ar~d read ire which
they recommended that l~!r. J. L. ho~.ges be employed to paint the ou~s~de
of the City Hall, using a vdire brush to remove old paint, fob X170.00 and that the City Attorney prepare a eo~atrac~ covering the work, T~~:

ship in the Laurel Volunteer Fire Dept. were presented and read. It
