The Committee reviewed the February claims and recommended that
they be paid.
Discussion regarding a $25.00 claim for a Police Department booster
advertisement in a 1997 basketball booklet.
Motion by Gay Easton, seconded by Bud Johnson, to deny payment
of this claim. Motion carried.
Reviewed the overtime listing for PPE 2-25-97.
Discussion regarding the $212,000 note due on 4-19~97 for the
repairs to the water intake lines, due to damage caused by ice jams
in February 1996.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
