The motion carried. P,Zr. Chester Scott, ~2~~s. of the Corr~nercial Club, and Mr. ~I. J. Newton, Foreman of tl~.e Cap Shops, appeared before the Cour~c~.1~ re~ard- ing the hous3n~ shortagE and the possibility of using the cabins grad buildings ire Riverside Park f'or 1.3vin~ quarters fog families.
