following bonds

that tYa.e bonds be released. The motion carried.
The Gity Cl~rk~s report for the month of I~Tovember was presented and read.
I~ vas roved by Parker and seconded by UVeiber ghat t he report be approved. The motion carried,
It was. moved by l~icPl~anus and seconded b~ l~;eCracker~ that the Beer and L3~uor
license ordinances be amer~ded• to correspond with the ~~ate License before
the n€~xt Council Meeting and that ~Ghe City Treasurer be authorized to issue a
six month license to conform to state regulations. The motion carried.

be authorized to sign the ~iefinery Ame~.~emen~. The motion carried.
