The report of the City dater Department was presented ~.~d read,
I~ was moved by Vordahl. and seconded b~ !~~ilson the report be apprav~d. ~'he motion carried.
~lr, Moran appeared before the Council in regard ~o ordinance No.
3'78, providing; f'or a ~.ic~ns~ fora ~~oving Picture dhow, stating that he
felt the 3.~ac~ease'~~s.; a:~ high., coming at this time, ~3.th increased rates
ire ~axe~. Tt wag recommended by Nie~+Iat~us ar~d seconded by ~'eue~bache~ that ~h~ p~rapo~ed Ordinance No. 378, be ex~er~ded for further consideratio~a.
