A letter submi~~ed bg the B.A.R,E. requ~s~ir~g the use of the ha1.l a~ -
Riveraide the second Sa~urda~ ~r~stead of the first ~a~urda~ during the
mox~tha of August ar~d September was pre~e~ted and read. S~ was moved by Parker ar~d seconded bar Smi~~ that the request be granted. The motion

A request for the use of the xa1.1~. a~ Riverside Ju1.~' 29th was preser~~ed
and read. It was moved b~ McManus a.r~d seconded b~ McCracken that the
request be granted, The motion.carried.
A resignation submitted by Ka~her3.ne Romes, as City G~.erk effect3ve~
August 15, x.944 was presented and read« St was moved 'b~ Yarker and
seconded by McCraeker~ that the resignat3.o~ be granted,the mo~3~ox~ carried.
