in the council Chambers and was called to order by Tu~ay or Thomson a~

`T'he mi.nut~s of the last regular meeting vrere read and a motion was
made ~y Yarx<e r and seconded by homer that they be approved as read. `1'h~ motion carried.
i'his bei.r~g the time for op~nin~ of bids for sale of bonds in Special
Improvemc;nt District No. '71, the clerk presented an aS'fidavit of publication
of gale of~ said bonds . `Ihe laid of` the Yellowstone ~3ank was opened and read,
which was for par, or a dotal of X15,674.23, with interest at 6 per cent peer atanum. Following consideration ~y ~l~.e council, a notion vvas made; by
.Alderman ~~old and seconded by ~ldermar~ ~~'eue~rbacher, tr~.at the sa7~~ b~; made
to tk~.~ YelloUls~one wank on its bic~. ~n vote of the Council, all present
ansv~~ered dye. The motion carried.
Minton ,~~ndersor~ r~a~peared before the Gour!cil, in regard to a lice~nsc~ f'or a ~stuerizin~ dairy p:larat. .fit w~zs moved b~ 1~No~d and seconded by rarker
favoring a ,ranting of said license. `I'~1e motion carried.
G. t~Ti`lliam ~iiv~rs appeared ire regard to ~ Water A~r~ement with
Diefenderfer, which was .never signed. he stated th€zt the bookkeeper had
~'ower of Xttorn.ey to sign f'or Tdr. T~iefenderfer, and asked the Council if
lze might take i~Yie Contract to her, for s3~nature in order to have the water turned o.n at the Cabin. .Lt was moved ~y ti~Jold and seconded by V~ieber the
contact be given ~i~jers to rave; signed and returned to the City Fall.

~l'he reports of th.e City Police for the r~on~h of T~ovember were presented
and read. It was moved by ~'euerbacher and seconded by Gomer the reports be approved. ~Th~ motion carried.
~'he Library report for the month of T~TC~vernb~r was pres~nt~d and read.

The Gor plaint of i~teese Friee a~,ainst the City of yaurel, and oth~rs~
in order to obtain a clear title to a pied of land 1yin~ fast of the Gity
Hall was pres~n~~d. It was n~ov~d by Parker and seconded b;~ Rodgers that the complaint b~ placid in ~'i1e, end a~l~wed to ~;o by defa~zl.t. ~~'he motion
- carried.

A quit c'lain: deed to the City of Laurel together with a claim in the
amount of 7~40.0~ for refund of tars vaas presented to the Council by T.
Rign~y. The pity ,~ttorr~ey had checked and found a balance of ~4~.C~0
principal and x,3.71 ir~t~rest against the lots. ~l'h~ matter was ref~rrec
to ~;he City ~n~ineer.

Rod and Gun Glub w~r~ pr~s~nt~d for consid~ra~ion, for personal. property
d~stroy~d and missing. The matter was r~f~rred to the Mayor for action.
letter from Camp & ~o. enclosing ~1.~0 Laur~1. ~p~cial Improvement
District X41., bond No. 6, was pr~s~nted. It was moved by Parker and s~cond~d
by Gomer the bond b~ paid out of the money in that fund. Thy motion carried.

the South Sidi S~w~r, at a cost of approxixna~~ly X35 each. These ~o be ordered
aid ready to install at the tirri~ the Contractor is doing the work to '~Z urinate
extra work. -fit was moved by Yark~r and seconded by ~li~b~r the ~itg~ purchase the flush tanks as approved by the Er~gin~~r. `j'h~ motion carried.
