An application f'or permission to purchase a license for the
operation of a pastu~rizing dairy plant within the City Limits of
Laurel, si~r~e:~ by Clinton ~ndergora was presented to the Council,
It Nas decided he should be liven a litter rec~uestin~; him to meet with the Co~nc,_l at their next re~,ular meeting.
`I'h~; liquid c~lorir~e contract with h poker Electro Chemical
Company vvas presented f'or arproval. A motion was made by V`Vilson and
seconded by Rodgers the contract be signed by `t'he P,~~ayor and City Clerk.

The T,~ayor gave notice of a telephone call from P,'l~.ss Tillie
taoh~ndorf to report she vas ready to return to work U~cember 1st
i~' it was a;re~able with the N~ayor and City Council. ~ motion wn~ ~r!ad~ by ranker and s~cond~d by ~~~~ilson ~~iss ~ ohendorf b~ noti~'i~d
she would be expected to return to work December 1st due to granting
of leave of absence.. The motion carried.
The question off' installi~~ cast iron water main to service the
properties of F.~3:. St~ddith, Rc~:se N~ef, John Yierbstruth, ~tYle1 itVitharn Est . and Edna Grif fey 'was brought bef'or~ the Counc i1. It Vas moved
by VVilsoz~ and s~cended by Rodgers the City En~ine~r figure tY!.e estimate

The City Treasurer reported inquiry re~;ardin~ possibility of pa~-
