The City Council of the City of Laurel met in regular session
in the Council. Chambers and was called to order. by Mayor Thamso,n
at 7:30 o'clock P.M. September 4, 1945,

-The minutes of the lash regular meeting were read and approved.
The Health Officers report of milk samples was presented and
read. mat ion wa.s made by Smith and seconded b~~- Gome.~ the report be
a~:proved. 3'he motion carried.
_ The Police reports for the ~YOnth of ,august were presented and
read. motion vas made by Gorr~er and seconded bar Feuerbacher the
reports be approved. The mot3.on carried.
The report of the Police Judge for ~~~~~~~~r was presented and k read. It was moved by Wilson and seconded by Rodgers the report be
approved. The motion carried.
The Library report for the month of august was presented and
read, ~ motion was made b~ Feuerbacher and seconded by Comer the
report be approved. The~rnotion carried.
,A letter from Corwin Company, consulting engineers of Great ~'~Z1s,
Mon'~ana was read and fled.
letter from the Priontana Nlunicipa~: League :was read and filed.
The City Clerk's report Yor the month of July was presented and. read.. motion was made by Comer and seconded by Parker the report be
approved. The motion carried,.
~4 claim for refund of gasoline tmx was. presented for approval.
It was moved by- Parker and seconded by Rodgers the claim be approved.

The City Treasurers annual report was presented f'or approval.
A motion was made by Wilson and seconded bar Smith the report be approved, The motion carried,

ision, ~tigned by ~.E. Wisber was presented. ~ motion was made by
Gomer and seconded by Feuerbacher the permit be granted, tanks to
be installed according to specifications 3n the ordinance. The motion carried.
motion was made by V6~ilson and seconded by Gower the City Clerk
be instructed t~ write The National Service Company. of F3i11ings in
regard to .their claim ~i~.r ~6.0~ for semi-annual .charge for servicing
ad¢~~.d~~,machine.~Machine had not been serviced to date this year. The motion carried..
