Upon ro11 call the follov~ing aldermen answered present:

The minutes of the last regular meeting were .read and approved.
RESOLUTTO~T No. .621.
Resolution No. 621, being a resolution 1ev~3.n~ and assessing all of the. property embraced within Special Iaiprovement_Lighting lliatric
No. 1 of the City of Laurel, Montana with three-fourths of the entire ~
cost of maintenance and electric curretat for the year 1945, was ~xx*e~ented
and read far final passage and approval. The Cit~r Clerk presented proof ~
of publication in the Laurel Outlook and reported that no protests had
f~,, been received. St eras moved by Parker and seconded by Feuerbacher that ~
Resolution No. 621 be finally passed ar~d approved. Upon roll call all Aldermen present voted aye and said resolution vas declared finally
passed and approved.
RESOLUTION N0. 622.
Resolutio~a No. 622, being a :~egolution~ denying and assessing all of the properly e~nbraeed within ~pecisl Improvement Lighting District
No. 2 of the C3.ty of ~aureZ, l~on~ana with three=four~h~ of tk~e entire

arid'read for final passage and approval. The City Clerk presented proof
of publ3.catio~ i~ the Laurel Outlook and repar~ed th~~~o protests had
been received. It way moved by Gower aid ~:ecc~nded by Rodgers Resolution ~ No. 622 be finally passed a~ad approved, Upon roll call all ,~Zdermen

Resolution No. 623, being a Resolution lev~in~ and asses~3.r~g a Special tax agair~at certain property designated as. Garbage ~?istrict
Na.1, for the removal. of Garbage,`~now weeds and refuse, was presented
and read for final passage and approval. The City Clerk presented proof
of publc~tian in the Laurel Outlook and reported that no protes~a had
been received. It was weaved by Rodgers and seconded b~ Feuerbacher that
Resolution No. 623 be finally passed and approved. Upon .~c,11 call all

The Bond for- the thief of Po~.ice~ Bayne Y~€illis~ wag presented for
approval. It was moves by wola and seconded by Rodgers the bc~aad be
accepted upon approval of the City ~ttor~aey. The ot~.on carr~~d
Representatives from the South Side were again present to discus
plans for the South Side Sewer ar~d presented petitions to the. Course l
to create a Spee3.a;l Ia~nprovement Diatr3.et for that purpo$e.
It was moved by Gamer end seconded by Feuerb~cher the Sewer Committee
instruct the City Engineer to prepare the data for creating the Special
Improvement Distr3~ct. The mot3.on carried.
