projects, f'or Post War planning. The motion carried.
The report of the Police Judge for the Month of Apr3.1 vas preser~t~d
and read. motion was made by Gomer end sscor~dec~ by C~ieber the report be approved. The motion earrie~.
Thee water contract -for Thomas J. Piathis was presented for approval. ,
and a motion was. made b~ Parker and seconded bar V~s~~on the contract b~
approved as read when signed by '~hcamas J. lv~ath s and the Mayor, The motion
carried.
The I~olice reports for the month of April were gresen~ed..and read..
motion was made by Feuerbacher and seconded by Wieber they be approved.
The motion married.

Thompson .Yards Inc, for cement used f'or walks etc., for the Memorial erected for men and women in the. service from Laurel and vicinity, be'
paid out of .the Sidewalk Fund and the City Clerk make claim for the
amount, The rr_otion carried.

extra coverage for the Police car be referred to -the Fire and F't~liee Committee. The motion carried.
