The Police reports for the month of March were presentee ana
read. .A motion was made by Feuerbache~° and. seconded by Gomer they
be approved. Thy motion carried.

committee of z?lembers from ~Ghe Volunteer Fire department apps€ared
before the council to request information regarding the possibility of ~buildin~ up funds for the purchase flf new Fire equipment in the.
future. Theg vu~re informed the request for new equipment would have
to be arranged for at budgiet t3.~e anc~ the ~mo~nt to cover expenditures
incl.u~.ed in the budget. I~Tr. Parker chairman of the Finance cotx~~3~Gtee
assured them the council vuas making; every effc~r~ to keep the funds
of the d3ff`erent depart~sents at a 1eve1 suf~'ici~z~t to ccaver cost of future expenaitures.
