presented anc~ read. A motion was made by '~~Til.son and. seconded by Wieber the report be a~:proved. The moth~n carried.

and r~a~.. Amatio~ was made by r'euerbacher and seconded by Wieber
the reports be approved. The motion carried.
Karl George asked permission to insta~.1 a bicycle rack at
the Post Qf'fice ~uildin~. A motion eras made by Parker and seconded by Feuerbacher to referr to the Street Co~r~mittee with authority
to act, ':Che motion carried.
The Library report far the month of J~nuar~ was presented
and read. A motion was miade b~ Parker and seconded by Gomer the
report be approved. The motion carriers.
The r~ealth Officers report for the mara~lna~.o~' January was
presented and read. A motiara uvas made by Gomer and seconder by F'etl~rbacher the re~or~ be approved. The motion carrie~t.
A request for a permit b;~ Ra1ph Lumsdon, t a move a build-
in~; fora chicken house from 413 Pennsylvania Avenue to 305
Second Avenue was presented. A motion was made by A~cTlianus and

Committee contact Lohof Brothers in regaYrd to completing work on the South Side Sewer. The motion carried.
Question of repairs for the Library floor was brought before
the Council.. A motion was oracle by V6~ilson and seconded by GNieber
to referr to the Finance Corns- ittes. The mot3,on Carried.
