Minutes of the last regular meting were read and a motion was
made by Gomer and seconded by Feuerbaeher they be approved. The
motion carried.
The report of ~oJ.iee Jude f'or the month os~ December was presented
and read., motion was made by N~eManus and seconded by Wieber
the report be approved. The motion carried.
F Vii. Letter from the A~ontana ~~unicipa~. League was presented and
read, in which they requested the City to have a De1e~;ate present ~z_ at their meeting Saturday January lath.
motion was made by McCracken ~.nd seconded by Wilson the Ma~ro~t
appoint a delegate to attend the meeting. The motion carried,
The Police reports for the month of December were presented and
read. motion was made bar Feuerbacher and seconder., by Wieber
the repo.~ts be approved. Thy motion carried.
The Library report for the month of llec~mber was presented and read.
A motion was made by Comer and seconded by McI~~anus the report be
accepted. `.~'he motion carr3.ed.

after due deliberation the Finance Committee reported back- recommending payment of the follflwing bills:

A motion way made by Parker and seconded by Gower the bills be
paid ae recornnaendecx. The motion carried.
after discussion work done on sewer North of City limits it
was decided the City should bill O,V. Dewitt, ~~rs. S.L. Pewitt
and Ira Sullivan each X3.50 as their share of the amount paid for labor .
~Zr. G.V . Fenton appe~r~;d before the Council. v~ith the informa~t3_on
the G3.ty should increase the insurance ~n Gity buildings as
the present amount does not- include 9E~ coverage for replacement
i costs, matian was amde by ~7ilson and seconded by ~icPilanu~ this be referred to the Finance Committee with authority to act.
The motion carried.
