LAUREL URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY

Members present: Shirley McDermott, Dirk Frickel, Bill Kampfer, Daniel Klein
Advisors Present: Steve Zeier
Topics discussed:
1. Review and approval of previous minutes, approved and passed
2. Discussion of Urban Renewal plan CDs, some dated information but for the
most part still very usable
3. Janice Lehman very interested in being an active advisor, committee will look
at one additional advisor to keep more interest and fill a spot if another
advisor has to drop out.
4. Break up list for committee members to meet with property owners then with
business owners if different than the owner to get perspective of needs.
Committee will prepare a list of questions to keep presentation uniform,
questions to be prepared at next meeting
5. Report of walking tour along with pictures. Will try to get on City Council
meeting agenda to show pictures of walking tour and discuss needs
