BUDGET/FINANCE COMMITTEE
MAY 28, 1997 6:30 P.M.

Rick Musson made a presentation on a security system and camera
system for the FAP.
Henry Griffith and Mandy Sorkness made a presentation on the wages
for Pool Manager and Assistant Manager. The minimum wage has
increased but their wages have not increased accordingly and they
feel that it should.
Discussion regarding street maintenance assessment.
prepare some estimates for a future meeting.

The Committee reviewed a budget summary sheet. The general fund
needs to be cut $190,886 which is not counting the proposed FAP
security system and the police officers changing to a different
retirement system.
The Mayor will send a memo to the department heads to request each
department head to cut as much as possible.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
