Feuerbach~r and seconded by ~~i~ber Mr, Marcure's request b~ granted. Then
motion carried.
This being the time for opening bids for purchase of a carload. of
pipe, the Cit;~ eC1~rk presented proof of publication.. in the Latxr~l Outlook and was ins~ruct~d to Qpen and read all bids. Ong bid was r~ceiv~d from the
