Gom~r at 7s-30 o+clack P. M. November 5th, 1946. Upon ro11 ca11 the following aldermen answered present: Feuerbacher Parker kodg~rs Smith Sieber The minutes of the last regular meeting were read, end it was znovcd by Feuerbacher and seconded by Smith the minutes be approved as read. The motion carried. Z'h~ minutes of the Cemc~ery hoard meeting of nctober 30th were presented and read. It was moved by smith and seconded by ~~ieb~r, the minutes b~ approved as read. Thy m~ot~.on carried, It was moved by Parker and seconded bg Feuerbaeher that the City ~nginecr be authorized to check with Mr, MacDonald of the N~ontana Power, to ~~t greater of f is fancy out of the pumps. at the pump house, for the current being used. `~~he motion carried. letter Pram R. U. ~ottom~.y, Attorney General, regarding the swimming Pool Bondi was pr•~~ented and read. ~'h~ letter was placid on file. ~.n application for a permit key B. L. 'rice to remodel garage 18x30 into living quarter, to move from rear of l~t~ ~o lots 19 & 20, B1.ock 3, East Laur~1, and move ata 8x12 frame building to be remodeled into tool room. and Utdility room in the rear, at an approximate cost of ~2~0~ was presented and read. It way moored by Parlor and seconded by Rodgers the p~rm~t be granted. Thy motion carried. The acceptance of the Billings Gas Co. of ordinance loo, 390 way presr~r~ted and read. It was movesd by Parker ari seconded by Smitri that the acceptance be yet out in full in the minutes as per r~que~t. Mr. Oi;to Mikkelson appeared before the Council in regard to the Gity picking up turkey feathers and other waste from the packing rooms in the rear of the Davis `l`ransf~;r, stating that he would pay whatever charge was necessary, for such service. request for a building permit to put up a holding pen 40x20 of chicken wiry, with roof and boards on West and South side, at an approximate cast of X300 was pr~sentecl and read. It was moved bg Parker and seconded by Smith tk~at the permit b~ granted, v~ith the provision that such an enclosure would have to be cleaned thoroughly at least once every 3 days. The motion carried.
