was moved by Fti~erbacher and sccc~nded by Parker, the minutes be approved as

~l~hc minutes of the ~p~cial meetings were presented and read, and it was
moved by Parlor and BCCOT~C~Cd by Smith, the minutes be approved as read. The
motion carried,
Mr. & Nrs. Mike Segmiller appz~~~ d~.~ before the Council in regard to lack of sewer tile, and asked permission t make ot~,er arrangements, with the
san~.fiary problem, until the was avai~ ab1~. he matter was referred to the
Sewer ~omrriit tee .
- Mr. B. B. Iiageman appeared befo e the Council in regard to getting a Baseball Park north of town. The R~ay~r appointed a special committee of
Kod~ers, Parker and Wo1d, to meet wit the Corr~nerc ial flub and the School
Board, on this matter, and to bring ~ ck a report.

the Laurel Co-operative Association, n the amount of X800.00. It wras moved by
Parker and seconded by Rod~era that t~.e bid be accepted. ~.'he motion carried.
Henry Hettinger appeared before he cour~eil and asked for an ex~;en~ion of t9mc of 180 dais on his building p~rmit. It was moved by Parker and
seconded by F~uerbacher the extentionlbe granted.
A request ~y David Hettinger to move a 7.0x14 house and a 12x20 ~arag~,
on rubber, from lots 14 and ~2 of 15, ~I B1ock 8, Yellov~ston~ Subdivision to
lots 3 and 4, Block 15, Yellowstone S bdivision, and to move from the present
location south on Uurland Avenue to 4 h Streat, then west to West Avcnu~, then south to lots 3 & 4, Block 15, Y 1lowstone Subd.ivisian. To cast approximatel
~P100 and to be compl~t~d in 90 days. IIt was- moved by lodgers end seconded by
F~u~rbacher the permit tic granted. Thy motion carried.

be declared provisionally passed and approved. Upon roll call, all aldermen

a franchise for the con'struc~ion and opearation of a gas distributing plan
or system in the City of Laurel, for a turn of thirty-tiro (32) years, and fixin and prescribing the conditions and terms thereof was presented ar~d
