This certifies that the ~itp of Laurel, Montana, has done
everything that it agreed to do in moving the irrigation ditch
along my 2~orth Line, and has completed the irrigation ditch 'to
my satisfaction.
The said City is hereby released arzd discharged from doing
any further vnork on said irri~at ian ditch.

The report of the Health Officer for the month of April was presented
and read. It vas moved by Vtiold and seconded by Gomer the report be approved.

A letter from the City clerk in which she asked perrra,:i.ssion cif the
Council and ~~ayor to c~art~e the Water accounts Ledger to a loose-card
systez~, and to use postal cards for mailing water reminders to customer
vas presented and read. zt was moved bar Smith and seconded bar ~od~ers the
Clerk have pErmission to make the change ire the ledger for the Water Depart~aer~t. The motion carried.
This being the time sit for r~eeivir~g bids for the forming in p1ac~ of
24.'7 Cu. yds.., amore or less, re-inforced concrete and the placing of such
machinery as necessary before the roof is in place, on the Sewage Dispc~~al
plant, the City Clerk presented proof of publication in the Laurel Qutlook and vuas .instructed to open and read all bids. One bid. was received from the
Laurel construction ~o. for ~1,65~.~~. Tt was moved by Parker and seconded
b~ Rodgers the bid b~ accepted. the motion carried.
