It was moved by I~tils on and g~ccr~d~d oy tark~r, the permit b~ ~rant~d, 'j'h~ r~~cticn cax~ri~d. Thy N~ayor appointed a cor~.mitt~e of Vold, Wilson, and Kodgers to m~~;t with the ~'omm~rcial ~'luu on a ~ousin~; Project. It was rr~ov~d by tNold and secone ed by ~lilson the report b~ a;pproved. The notion harried. Z~he claim of Ethyl ~eFrance for Penalty & Interest, in the amount of p49.51 paid on tax title lots was presented. It was moved by Parlor and secorad~d by ~ F'euerbacher the claim be paid. jhe r,~otion carried. 1'he City Engineer requ~st~;d that a sit of socl~et wrenches be purchased for the Strut Department. It vas r;~ov~~ by Wilson and seconded by ~od~ers the purchase be made. The motion carried. J. P~iurphyts unpaid account for supplies and labor on his s~rvic~ ling in NTay, 1945, was brought up. l~h~ pity attorney had written I~2r. Murphy in regard to this account, and there has been nothir~~ dan~ .bout it since his one f$ payrr~~nt in July 1 45. the C~.ty Treasurer was tc~ writs a 1ett~r to P~~r.
