1~ M. the streets were re~.at~vely clear of parked vehicles. ftPr Vii. N~.

were parked on the ~='a~t side of the hvenue. ~-his same condition was noticed
on ?~taurday af'ternnon. Hovaever, on Saturday evening, during `l~hreatee fours,
both blocky were crowded with pe rked vehicles with some parking in east and
west alleys, and with an almost constant change of cars pu~~ling out, and atk~er~
pulling in to park, especially on Ptrain streets,
It was advised that the .~'alice (%h~.ef be given author. ity ~o purchase pa int
for painting of Garbs.
