Jerry Gass ~r•, appeared before the council in regard to placing a shop a shining chair stand on the street in front of Nays P.X. Packard appeared before the council in regard to the ~,mer3_can Legio ~:nd ~`uxiliary leasing the building at nis.,erside parks ~nawn as the Bath douse. It was moored by nod~ers and seconded b5 ~~o1d that if the build ing can be relea9ed from "~r. McKinney, the ~r~~eric~n Legion be granted a lease on same. {i~he motion carried. ~j'his being the time set ~`or opening bids for a carload of ipe, the pity ~1e~k presented proof of publication in the Laurel Qutlook and was instructed to open and read X11 bids.
