connecting with ~it~r V~ater, outside the City Limits, due to oil ~eepa~e in presen

Tubman that`an emergency exists and G~ntrells be a1lo~ved to connect with the
pity Wader for their Feed Lot, south of Laurel. `t'he motion carried':

Mr. Paul ~~old requested .the pity to grade alley in Block 2, fast Laurel in preparation for a 1~lack top matting. It was moved by ~''~eeubry and seconded by
Tubman that the City do necessary grading work,' and the property cwners furnish
ballast arad materials. Tre motion carried.
It was moved by 1'odgers and seconded by Freeburg that the sidewalk over
gutter on Montana eve. & 5th street be rep]:aced with a full 5x5 block of concrete .The mot ion carried,
Nr. G'. H. Barney appeared before the council regarding damage .d one to
property on hest Side of 2nd eve, and 3rd street, ~.t whj.ch time he said that the
damaged curb would be restored as near as possible to ori~in~l condition.

No, 649, bei,~g a r esolution declaring an emergency Axists requiring additional
expenditures from garbage '~istrict ho. 1 budget and Garb~~e district No. 2
budget, the City ~'lerk presented proof of publication in the '~aurel ~utloo~ and
sated trot no pro~:ests had been received. ~t was moved by comer and seconded
by ~'arker that Resolution ~o, 649 be finally passed and. adopted. Upon roll call X11 aldermen present voted aye and the reso~utiota vuas declared passed arad adopted

Resolution No. 650, a resolution prescribing .the form, denomination, and rate
of interest of bonds of "'~pecial Impro~ne ent =~li~ht ng district No. 1~, and provid- 3ng_ f or the time of payment and redemption of said bonds, was presented and react.
It was moved by ~'arker and seeo!aded by homer that Resolation N4, 65O be passed an
adopted. Upon roll call all aldermen present voted ape, end said resolution w~a
declared passed.
