Upon ro11 ca11 the follov~ing aldermen answered present:

The minutes of the last regular meeting wEre read, and it was moved by
~Feuerbacher and secoaaded` by f~od~ers the minutes: be approved as read. The -
motian carried.
Mr..~.arlan Rus'se~.Z presented a written request for permission to erect a
temporary sign 2 tx4 ~ between ?the `curb and thy, sideavaZk in Pront of Lot ire
the 70d b3.ock on E. fain at,, to be replaced at a 1a~er date with a permanent
Neon sign, mounted on a,4~ metal pole set in concrete, ~i~h tie pole centered
.between the sidewalk and the curb, It was moved by Farker ar~d seconded.: bar

The report of the ~`'inance Co nittee on charges and rates on the Sewage
L~sposal Plant was presented and read. It was moved by~~odgers and. seconded
b~* ~ i~son that further study to adopt new. pans for putting .extra charges on
water users, as surcharge be given. The .motion carried..

~o. 391 be f3na11y passed and adopted. Upon roil call, all aldermen pr~s;ent
