Council Chamber and was. called ~o -ot~der by Mayor Thomson at 7~3~ o~c~ook
P. February 18th, 1947.
Upon roll -call the follov~ing aldermen ar~s~ered present:

The minutes of ~h~ last meeting were reed, and it vas moved by Gower and
seconded by ~euerbacher, the mirau~e~ be approved as read. The motion carried,

The City Engineer gave are' oral report on t he findings of the ~~reet Committee
and the Engineer, in the matter of Easement of Right-Of-~1ay an ~1and sold t o
tha A laurel Gay ~o-op. ,after inspection of the premises, i~ was decided that
the 6 foot space dust outside the proposed 15~ right-of-v~ay, would be sufficient for the installation of Storm Sewer, in the future,. and therefore the City would

p~ov s3onal passage of, aridinance No. 392. Upon rol3. ca11 all aldermen present
voted "~oy~ „and. said ordinance was declared provisionally pa~sec~ and adopted.
The ~+Iayor again presented tk~.e motion of January 7th, in which Council postponed
action on the granting. of a ~3ee~e and Liquor License to Joseph ~Tarcure. It was moved by ~algsrs and seconded bar Feuerbacher that the City grant Joseph Marcure~s
a Gity Beer and Liquor License, on hip appli~atian for game. The motion carried.

It was moved by homer and seconded bar Parlor the re part be approved. The mot iota
carried.
~'he Citg Clerks report for the month of January was presented and read. It
vas moped bar Feuerbaeher and seconded by Sieber the report be approved. The
